Delivery

We deliver across the UK, but can offer reduced rates to those living within 25 miles of our sales yard.

National and International Delivery costs are calculated on a per product basis.

Depending on size and weight of the item we can dispatch goods by Royal Mail, Courier or other specified by purchase.

All items listed are available for collection from our yard, however, please phone 07770 836 457 to make an appointment beforehand.

COLLECTED ITEMS
If you arrange for your own collection for any item, we will not be held responsible for any damage caused whatsoever during transit. We do not provide any packing of the item. If you wish for us to package the item for collection by your own courier, an additional packing charge will be incurred.

Items we deliver locally, will be delivered to the Kerb side/ground floor entrance only. Our Delivery men/women will refuse to take items beyond the hall or upstairs so please do not ask the delivery men/women to do so as you may be offended when he/she refuses.

In the unlikely event of you having any concerns or complaints about our deliveries, these must be raised within 14 days of receipt of your order.
